Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information VPNHead handles across its website, user panel and subscription services, why it is handled, and how users can manage or delete their data.
This policy applies to services provided by VPNHead. Payment pages and other websites users visit are operated by their respective providers, whose data practices are not replaced by this policy.
Account and Order Information
VPNHead does not require an email address; a username and password are enough to create an account. An email address is not required to open an account, and this service does not make providing one a condition of use. Account credentials are used to verify identity, maintain login sessions and manage subscriptions. Do not submit passwords or login credentials in support tickets.
This service handles account identifiers, plan status, data usage and order records to provide subscriptions, verify payments, calculate available data and provide support. Order information includes the selected plan, transaction amount, payment status and necessary transaction identifiers. It does not include a list of websites visited by users.
Descriptions and screenshots users choose to submit through support tickets are used to troubleshoot issues. Before submitting, conceal personal information, payment credentials and subscription links that are unrelated to the issue.
Anonymous No-Logs Policy
VPNHead follows an anonymous no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit, or store browsing content, lists of destination addresses or historical records that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity.
Connection logs are not retained as a persistent record of user activity. Temporary operational state needed to maintain a connection is used only for current communications and is not saved as traceable connection history after the connection ends. Account-level data summaries are used for plan billing and do not include destinations or communication content.
An anonymous no-logs policy does not mean that account and transaction information does not exist, nor does it change the data relationship users establish with a website by logging in. A destination service may still handle information users submit directly under its own policies.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources and interactions, improve content and troubleshoot page issues. Analytics are limited to use of the marketing website; they are not used to record website activity during accelerated connections and do not include passwords, subscription credentials or payment credentials.
Cookies and local storage are used to retain necessary session state, language preferences and interface choices. The user panel stores login credentials locally in the browser to make authenticated requests; these credentials should be treated as sensitive information.
Users can clear site data in their browser settings. After clearing it, they may need to log in again and reset their preferences. Clearing local data does not automatically delete server-side account or order records. After using a shared device, log out and clear the local session.
Third-Party Payment Processing
VPNHead supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant payment channel or processor. This service receives the transaction identifier, amount and result needed to verify an order, confirm payment and handle refunds.
Payment processors handle information involved in payment under their own policies. This service does not ask users to submit payment account passwords in support tickets. Except as needed to provide the service, process transactions or respond to necessary legal requests, VPNHead does not sell users' personal information or share account details with unrelated third parties.
Data Retention and Deletion
Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide account services. Order and support records are retained as required for settlement, dispute handling and applicable law. Analytics are retained only as long as needed for analysis and maintenance; once their purpose is fulfilled, they are deleted or aggregated so they can no longer be linked to an individual. Data is not retained indefinitely without a relevant purpose.
Users can log in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of or deletion of account-related information. To prevent unauthorized deletion, this service verifies account ownership and explains the scope of the request. Information that must be retained by law or is involved in an ongoing transaction dispute may not be deleted immediately and will be used only for the relevant matter.
Deleting an account may affect use of a remaining subscription and access to historical orders. Review the consequences before making a request. An account deletion request is not a refund request; see the Terms of Service for refund information.
Policy Updates and Feedback
When data practices change, VPNHead will publish an update on this page and revise the date at the top. Significant changes to processing purposes, data scope or user rights will be clearly announced on the website or user panel. Where the law requires separate consent, VPNHead will obtain it as required.
Questions about this policy or data handling can be submitted through a user panel support ticket. Describe the relevant page, action and request, and provide only the information needed to investigate the issue.
